Shipping & Delivery

Because we are a small, independent shop based in Uppermill, every single order is packed by hand with absolute care right here in our small boutique store! We use Royal Mail and Evri to get your packages safely to your door.

Delivery Options & Rates

Standard UK Shipping (3–5 Working Days*): £4.95 (Free on orders over £100)
Express UK Delivery (1–2 Working Days*): £9.95 (Available Tuesday – Friday)
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Republic of Ireland (3–7 Working Days*): £9.95
International Delivery: Currently suspended.

Our Dispatch Schedule

To give our small team time to rest and curate our collections, our physical store is closed on Mondays.

Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Express Orders: Express orders placed over the weekend, on Monday, or on Tuesday morning are dispatched as soon as our store opens on Tuesday afternoon/Wednesday morning.
In A Hurry? If you need an item urgently for a specific date, please contact us before ordering at hello@sukiswardrobe.co.uk, and we’ll do our absolute best to help!

In Store Collection (Free)

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually ready for collection by the next working day. Please wait for your "Ready for Collection" email before coming to the store. (Excludes Mondays and Bank Holidays).

Pre-Order Items

Pre-ordered items typically take 1–3 weeks to arrive in-store before being dispatched via your chosen shipping method.

Important Terms & Conditions

Courier Delays: Once a parcel leaves our shop, transit times depend on the courier. While rare delay hiccups are outside our direct control, we are always here to help you track down a delayed package!
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses will incur a redelivery fee.
Order Modifications: Once placed, orders are immediately queued for packing and cannot be amended (including adding discount codes etc) or cancelled.
Unclaimed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, the item cost will be refunded, but original postage fees are non-refundable.
