We NEVER share your information with anyone. All customer details held are within our CRM system on our website. This is powered by Lightspeed who are 100% PCI compliant. We’ll protect your information as if our lives depend on it.
You decide what and how you hear from us. If you do not want to receive emails from us just unsubscribe or email hello@sukiswardrobe.co.uk and we will delete all data held.
Your info won’t just hang about – if we don’t need it, we’ll delete it.

KLARNA NOTICE: In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Your payment information
This means your card’s security/CVV code, don’t worry, we don’t keep them. When you purchase on our site you are then directed to either Stripe or Paypal who perform all of your security checks. We don't see the full details they are all encrypted for your security.

You can stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time.

- By clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email

Once you do this, we will update your profile to ensure that you don’t receive further marketing messages.
Keeping your information
We’ll only hold on to your information for as long as you are a customer. If you haven’t logged onto our website for three years we will delete your information from our systems. If you no longer wish to be a customer, you can also contact us and request to delete all the information we have on you.
If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms & Conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.
Your rights
You have a lot of rights relating to your personal information:
- The right to be informed about how your personal information is being used (like this notice!)
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you
- The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- The right to request that we delete your data, or stop processing it or collecting it, in some circumstances
